1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE, CANCELLATION AND RETURNS apply to all sales of products made to YOKKO BRAND, S.L., with tax ID nº B- 02878254 and registered office at Calle Sabastida, nº 13, 1º-1ª, 08031, Barcelona, registered in the Barcelona Companies Register, volume 47682, Folio 50, page nº B559227, first inscription, one of its trademarks being LAAMUSE.
These General Conditions of Sale, Cancellation and Return apply to the sale of all LAAMUSE products on its website, to consumers requiring order delivery to any of the European countries listed in section “4. SHIPMENTS AND TRANSPORT".
By using this website, registering and creating an account and placing an order, we understand that you accept these General Terms and Conditions and agree with them. We therefore ask you to read them carefully before using YOKKO BRAND, S.L. services.
YOKKO BRAND, S.L. reserves the right to change, modify, add to, or delete these terms and conditions or any part thereof at any time. Users of this website should periodically check whether these terms have changed. Continuing to use the website once any changes have been made to these terms and conditions will mean you accept the changes made.
YOKKO BRAND, S.L. does not sell products to minors, so only persons over the age of 18 may register on its website.

2. SALES POLICY
After registering as a user on our website, you can start shopping on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you fully accept the description of the products, the prices and these terms and conditions of sale.
All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT.
Once you have selected the products you wish to purchase and placed your order, we will send you an email confirming your purchase. Your order will only be considered as correctly processed once you have received the order confirmation by YOKKO BRAND, S.L. All orders are subject to availability, and the stock for each article is indicated on this website.
Please bear in mind that colours may vary slightly from how they appear in the photo.
Invoices and purchase receipts will be sent by YOKKO BRAND, S.L. to your e-mail address.
Any errors that may be made on the website are completely involuntary, and YOKKO BRAND, S.L. shall not be held responsible for them. In the event that you place an order for a product that is out of stock, we will send you an email informing you of the partial shipment of your order, the delivery delay, or order cancellation.
YOKKO BRAND, S.L. endeavours to ensure that the colours of the garments displayed on the website are as close as possible to their actual colour, however, the colour of the garments on your screen may be vary slightly depending on the quality of your computer monitor, video card, or the lighting of the place you are viewing them. YOKKO BRAND, S.L. cannot guarantee that the colours on your monitor will exactly match the actual colours. Variations in colour shall not be considered defects or faults.
Product preparation and shipping times are indicated in the product description. YOKKO BRAND, S.L. endeavours to ship the products within the time indicated, but there could still be delays beyond the control of YOKKO BRAND, S.L., which shall not give the right to any compensation whatsoever.
3. PAYMENT METHOD
Payment will be made at the end of the purchase process and will be essential for the order to be processed. Orders can be paid by credit or debit card and PayPal.
The use of any of these payment methods implies acceptance of the conditions associated with it.
Customers must notify YOKKO BRAND, S.L. of any undue or fraudulent charge on the card used for purchases, by email or telephone, as soon as possible. The suppliers or issuers of payment methods may adopt anti-fraud measures that mean certain types of transactions are rejected. YOKKO BRAND, S.L. is not responsible this type of security policy being applied.
4. SHIPMENTS AND TRANSPORT
Delivery times will be indicated on the website for each product, but are as a guide only and are non-binding. The delivery period is a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the purchaser.
YOKKO BRAND, S.L. shall not be liable for any delay or failure to meet delivery deadlines if they are due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of YOKKO BRAND, S.L.
DELIVERIES
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. In case you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam inbox or send us an email to customercare@laamusebrand.com.
All of our orders are processed and shipped on weekdays from Monday to Friday. We also process orders on the same day of purchase if the order is made before 7 pm (GMT +1; Greenwich Mean Time +1). Otherwise, it will be processed the next business day.
Currently, all our orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Barcelona-Spain.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME:
Your shippment will be delivered between 2-3 business days for Spain Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Portugal Peninsula.
For the rest european places you will be informed of estimated delivery time in the check out process(*).
(*) Please remember that due to customs processes in some countries, the estimated delivery time may be delayed. Likewise, the delivery times mentioned are merely for information purposes and have no legal or contractual liability.
ORDERS PLACED FROM THE EU:
We currently ship orders from Spain, so no additional duties or taxes will be applied for orders placed for the EU.
ORDERS PLACED FROM OUTSIDE THE EU:
We ship orders from Spain, so there may be additional customs costs once the orders reach their destination country. We are not responsible for paying any additional customs charges, so keep in mind that any additional charges will be borne by the customer.
RETURNS POLICY
We do not accept returns of briefs, culotte, high briefs or bodysuits.
Returns can be notified within 14 days of delivery of your order.
The products that are returned must be in their original condition, with labels, with no stains or odours, and not having been used or washed.
Garments must be sent back in the same packaging in which they arrived. Also, please make sure to treat the garments and fold them carefully so that we receive them in the best possible condition.

5. RIGHT TO CANCEL
YOKKO BRAND, S.L. complies with the provisions of DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL dated 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, amending Council Directive 93/13/EEC and Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Council Directive 85/577/EEC and Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, the original text of which is available at the following link: https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/ES/TXT/?uri=CELEX:32011L0083&qid=1403274218893.
Therefore, if you purchase a product from YOKKO BRAND, S.L. as a consumer and user, you will have a period of 14 calendar days to exercise your right to cancel.
This period of 14 days shall commence from the time you, or a third person indicated by you, physically receives, (i.e. acquires possession of), all the goods purchased in your order. If you have only purchased one product, the 14-day period shall commence from the time you obtain possession of that product. However, if you purchase more than one product in a single purchase, the period shall commence from the day on which the last of the products purchased was delivered to you.
In order to exercise your right to cancel, you must notify YOKKO BRAND, S.L., of your decision at the following address: Calle Sabastida, nº 13, 1º-1ª, 08031, Barcelona, or by emailing customercare@laamusebrand.com, in a clear statement (for example, in a letter sent by post or email).
Your decision to cancel must be notified to us before the aforementioned cancellation period expires.
The products to be returned must be in their original condition, including the labels, without stains or odours, without having been used or washed.
Garments must be sent back in their original packaging. Please be sure to handle garments carefully and fold them so that we receive them in the best possible condition.

CANCELLATION PROCEDURE
In the event of cancellation by you, we will reimburse all payments made by you, including standard delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs in the event you choose a different delivery method from the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) at our earliest possible convenience and in all cases, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to cancel. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment used to pay for the order, unless you have expressly requested otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any costs as a result of this refund. However, we may withhold our refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.
YOKKO BRAND, S.L. shall only refund the amounts corresponding to transactions cancelled by the purchaser for goods received, once the purchaser accredits to have CONTRACTED TO THEIR EXPENSE the return of the goods purchased, which must be carried out following the instructions described in the above section entitled RETURNS POLICY. This return must be made without undue delay and in all cases, no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to cancel the purchase contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the expiry of the aforementioned period of 14 days.
You shall only be liable for any decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling them in a different manner than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT TO CANCEL
In addition to the aforementioned period of 14 calendar days, in accordance with Article 16(e) of the aforementioned DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL dated 25 October 2011, returns shall not be accepted for briefs, culottes, knickers or bodysuits.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
If you receive a defective product, please contact us at customercare@laamusebrand.com, explaining the defect and send us a photo.
6. LEGAL GUARANTEE
We inform you that as a consumer, in accordance with current EU legislation, you have a period of two years from the date of delivery of the goods purchased from YOKKO BRAND, S.L., to request the repair or replacement of products that are defective or that are not or do not function as advertised.

7. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
In the event of litigation, the parties must submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona (Spain), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
